When reality kicks in, it forces you to step back and look at the bigger picture.

We started with a clear plan — to deliver a business development service that genuinely benefited all parties. A service where clients wouldn’t have to worry about the additional legwork, and could move forward with confidence, knowing they were in safe hands.

However, things did not go according to plan.

The truth is, many start-ups struggle within their first 18 months to 3 years. Limited financial fluidity and a lack of long-term experience can quickly expose the gaps in any business.

Questions naturally follow:

Are they strong enough to withstand 12 months of financial famine?
Can we trust their service?
Do they truly understand what running a business looks like?

These are fair questions — and they have been asked.

But rather than avoid them, we believe in recognising where we are and responding with clarity, not uncertainty.

The Director of a well-known Civil Engineering company once asked:
“Who is more wise — the man who took the risk and lost, or the man who was too scared to take the risk?”
We’ll leave that to your own judgment.

What matters now is how we move forward.

Realise that consistency is key — three Premier League wins does not secure the FA Cup.

Restore belief in our ability and in a business approach that is practical, grounded, and results-focused.

Reset — we fall down seven times, we get up eight.
